Getting started
Sign up, create your website and choose a design.
Create your website
- Open the setup page at /start.
- Enter your organisation name. If you already have a website or a charity registration, the setup can use it to fill in details for you.
- Check the details it found and correct anything that is wrong. You can skip any item you do not have yet.
- Confirm your email address. We send a 6-digit code to an address at your organisation's own domain, so use your organisation email rather than a personal inbox.
Choose a design
- On the "Choose your design" step, look through the designs shown.
- Pick the one you like best and choose a brand colour, or pick your own colour.
- You can change the look later in the website editor.
Choose your website address and finish
- Type the address you want. The setup tells you if it is already taken.
- Finish the steps and sign in or create your account when asked.
- Your website is created. It is only visible to you and your team until we have checked it and put it live.
